Nella parte nord-orientale della penisola istriana, nel tranquillo villaggio di Vranja, c'è una casa in pietra autoctona - Villa Aurania. Un luogo ideale per una vacanza perfetta. È destinato a famiglie con bambini, coppie e chiunque voglia rilassarsi in un ambiente mediterraneo con numerose attività. Le nostre porte sono aperte anche per i vostri animali domestici, quindi sentitevi liberi di portarli con voi.
L'autentica casa istriana fu costruita nel 1909 ed è stata recentemente rinnovata. Nel design, l'attenzione è rivolta ad ogni minimo dettaglio, sia esteticamente che funzionalmente.

Alles SUPER - sehr ruhige idyllische Lage - ideal zum Abschalten, Entspannung pur - definitiv nichts für "Krawall-Urlauber" ;-) ... Villa Aurania ist ein echtes Juwel und Jasna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um alle Wünsche und Belange ihrer Gäste kümmert.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Jasna war eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr per WhatsApp war flott und unkompliziert. Die gesamte Unterkunft war extrem sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir haben uns ziemlich wohl gefühlt. Wir haben für unsere 8 Monate alte Tochter ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl gestellt bekommen. Da das ganze Haus gefliest ist, sollte man eine große Krabbeldecke mitnehmen, wenn man mit Baby reist.

Savršeno mjesto za odmoriti dušu i tijelo, opustiti se i resetirati!😍
Velikodušna i ljubazna domaćica vas dočeka s domaćim autohtonim proizvodima, poklonima pažnje i prijedlozima što raditi i posjetiti, naravno, ako želite.:)
Nama je bilo dovoljno boraviti u ljupkoj vili i i oko nje. Ne znam je li nam bilo draže druženje u sauni, jacuzziu, roštiljanje ili njihanje u ljuljačkama.
Vila ima i vanjski bazen, parkić za djecu i bicikle.
Mir, tišina, sunce i povjetarac. Mirisne svijeće.
Jutra okupana suncem uz cvrkut ptica, večernji zagrljaji uz pucketanje vatrice iz kamina.❣️
Gazdarica pazi na svaki detalj koji vas jednostavno oduševi, čistoća je besprijekorna!
Na početku i na kraju, jedva smo se rastali od naše miljenice - prave starinske konobice iz koje ne možete tako lako izaći jer je ugodna oku i nepcu.😃

This is by far one of the most amazing and BEST Airbnb’s I have ever visited. Aurania Villa is a DREAM.❤️ So nicely furnished and decorated, it’s lovely homely energy and beautiful vibe makes you feel relaxed and welcomed the moment you enter. Upon arrival, the fire was allready burning in the fire place, healthy and home made organic snacks were waiting for us in the fridge. The whole house was impeccably clean and everything in the house is super new and in great function and condition. Beeing a Superhost myself I can only confirm that Jasna is a whole new level of hosts - an ULTRA host. She made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Offered us with welcome drinks, wine and prosciutto and made our 3 night stay in Istria one of the most relaxing and remembering experiences in our lives. To all of you who wish to RESET, pamper yourself and enjoy to the fullest, this is the spot for you ✨😍

a perfect vacation spot! everything is as described 😍 when we arrived even the fireplace was on and jasna took time to explain everything. it is a small place, something in central istria. but that was also desired. 150 meters further there is a konoba, the kitchen was very good. There is also a small supermarket in town. so we were well looked after and could use the house, the heated pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna and the grill carefree and to the fullest. we were on the way to istria for one day. jasna gave us great recommendations for wineries. In October is also the truffle season, we were able to discover a lot in culinary terms.
but back to villa aurania: i can only repeat myself, absolutely lovingly and stylishly furnished. everything was new and modern (bathroom as an example). There was also a tarverne where there is a small shop for the guests. you can buy local groceries, wine or truffles. jasna trusts her guests and she has placed a small basket where everyone can put the appropriate money into it. the tarverne and the shop are exclusively for the guests, that means no one else can get there (since it is in the basement of the house).
we felt very comfortable, a great villa with charm and style!

Villa Aurania is ideal to discover the hinterlands of Istria, with quick access to the Ucka mountains and Vela Draga. The place has a lot of charm and amenities (hot tubs, pool and sauna) which would please any family with kids or couples. There is even a private tavern with liquors and wine for free! Jasna the host is simply amazing, she explained to us in details how the house works and what to do in the area. We couldn't have dreamt of a better stay in Istria!

Wir durften gemeinsam mit unseren beiden Hunden ein paar wundervolle Tage bei Jasna verbringen. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber - es war auch alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Jasna war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns nach unserer langen Anreise sogar einen früheren Check- In ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend - das haben wir sehr genossen. Neben dem Pool war der hauseigene Weinkeller ein absolutes Highlight. In dem Sinne danken wir dir erneut von Herzen, liebe Jasna. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei dir und wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at the location of Jasna. We would definitely recommend the flat even for younger guests like us because she treated us like her own kids and we had absolutely no issues with her. The two pools were amazing and we absolutely enjoyed the house with all its extras. I will definitely come back if I have the chance to get there again in a few years.

The house is just amazing. Very detail was well thought out by the best host we ever had, Jasna. From the check-in with housemade schnaps, wine and a board with lokal delicacies to taste to the check-out Jasna really cares for her guests. She gave us a lot of recommendations around our stay and helpt with all the things in the house. You can just relax by the pool or in the whirlpool or do a nice trip to the beautiful landscape of Croatian Istrian.

Der Urlaub in Vranja begann perfekt mit Jasnas Begrüßung, bei der sie uns das wunderbare, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus zeigte. Vranja ist ein kleiner Ort in wunderschöner Umgebung, ganz Istrien lässt sich von dort sehr gut erschließen. Jasna hatte zahlreiche gute Ausflugstipps für uns, Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch tolle Restaurants. Highlight am Haus war neben dem Pool der große gemauerte Grill, auf welchem traditionell mit Holzfeuer gekocht wurde. Ansonsten ist das Haus aber auch mit allem, was man für den gelungenen Familienurlaub braucht ausgestattet.

Es war eine unvergesslich schöne Woche. Das lag nicht nur am Wetter, sondern an der sehr liebevoll renovierten Villa, die in jeglicher Hinsicht die Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Alles (mehr als das) ist vorhanden und extrem gepflegt uns sauber. Es ist keine Location für einen Abenteuer- oder Strandurlaub, aber perfekt um einfach nur zu relaxen und das haben wir hier mit Bravour geschafft. Die Gastgeberin ist an Herzlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals dorthin fahren, sofern wir einen Termin bekommen.

Jasnas Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Ob es um die Umgebung oder viele zusätzliche Kaffeepods ging - Jasna war toll! Das Grundstück bietet sehr viele kleine und große Ecken in denen man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen kann! Our stay at Jasna's was 10 out of 10, the accommodation is immaculate, very well equippe (Website hidden by Airbnb) kitchen, bathroom, etc), everything has been thought of and the country chic touch that mirrors throughout the villa makes for a welcoming and relaxing environment. Jasna as a host is one of the best we have ever had on our travels be it with Air bnb or any other platform, her warm aura and attention to detail make her the perfect host. Jasna's hospitality is exceptional, aside from being a great host, she also recommends all the best local spots for dining, visiting, etc. Everything was foreseen, even things we ourselves didn't think about. The location is ideal if you want a relaxing stay not far from nature, e.g. Ucka natural park. Great restaurants are nearby as well. Historic castles are within short drive, e.g. Dvigrad, Krsan, Boljun, Hum. Every day it was actually difficult to leave to visit other places because Villa Aurania is so accomodating! Do make sure you buy some of the world's best olive before you leave, Istra has many local farmers who sell products of exceptional quality.
Don't forget to make use of anti-mosquito liquid that is provided in the villa, they can be quite ferocious! Other than that everything was perfect

Jasna, war die Beste Gastgeberin, die wir je bei Airbnb hatten. Es war einfach Traumhaft. Das Haus war so liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man jeden Tag etwas neues entdecken konnte. Die Terrasse war herrlich um Abends zu Grillen und wir hatten das Gefühl nicht Gäste sondern Freunde von Jasna zu sein. Wir würden immer wieder dort hin fahren. Auch unser kleiner Hund wurde liebevoll empfangen, was den Urlaub noch schöner machte.

We simply loved staying at Villa Aurania! Jasna is the perfect host and the house was super clean, beautifully fournished and decorated, well equiped and cozy - we couln‘t have wished for more. It is placed in a really small and quite village but not too far away from interesting places all around Istria. We also really enjoyed the great barbecue and the jaccuzi. Jasna did everything for us to feel welcome and at home, there were some local vegetables, wine and a cheese and sausage platter waiting for us. She also had many wonderful recommendations for the area and idyllic restaurants.

The place is absolutely beautiful and still very new with all amenities you could ask for. It is a bit remote so account for some more time driving to the coast and larger cities. Regardless of that, staying there was an absolute joy with the bbq and whirlpool that we often used in the evening. The convenience of the place was only surpassed by the friendliness and warm welcome of Jasna, who is a lovely host that greeted us with some nice Istrian specialties and provided us a range of tips for restaurant and sites and cities to see. Really recommended!

Es erwartet Sie eine absolute Traum Villa in dem kleinen Ort Vranja, das wiederum direkt am Berg Učka liegt. Jasna ist ein Superhost und das ist vollkommen verdient! Egal ob frühere Anreise, Restaurant - oder Auslfugstipps. Jasna war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich sehr um uns. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und dekoriert. Es besitzt alles was man im - und zum Leben braucht. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Grill. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause und das macht den Urlaub noch angenehmer! Man hat ca. 20min zum Meer und 20 min zu den großen Supermärkten. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Markt im Dorf, ebenso 2 Restaurants. Die abgelegene Lage ist perfekt zum entspannen, wenig Verkehr, wenig Leute. Einfach Ruhe! Die nächsten kleinen Dörfer sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
