On the northeastern part of the Istrian peninsula, in the quiet village of Vranja, there is an autochthonous stone house - Villa Aurania. An ideal place for a perfect vacation. It is intended for families with children, couples and anyone who wants to relax in a Mediterranean environment with numerous activities. Our doors are also open for your pets, so feel free to take them with you.
The authentic Istrian house was built in 1909 and recently renovated. In the design, attention is paid to every detail, both aesthetically and functionally.

* Use of hydromassage pool in the period 01.04.-15.10. is not charged. In the period 16.10.-31.03. use is on request and is charged 90 € once.
** The pool is available to guests in the period 16.05.-15.10. The pool water is heated in the period 01.09.-15.10. and 16.05.-30.06.
Special conditions:
When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is paid. The balance up to the full price must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival.
The deposit upon registration is € 200. Returns on departure if no damage.
Use of baby cot is on request and a one-time fee of € 30.
Pet stay is charged 10 € per day.
Reservation cancellation:
≥ 60 days before arrival - refund of the advance in full
59-15 days before arrival - refund of 50% of the advance payment
≤ 14 days before arrival - advance payment is retained
